Concentric Corona
Concentric is a unique layered wall or ceiling sconce light consisting of five round, satin white planes. Colors applied to the back of the first four layers glow subtly in bright natural light, even when the fixture is off, growing increasingly brilliant when the lamp is turned on, especially in darkness. Concentric is the centerpiece of the award-winning Heliocentric lighting collection by Rob Zinn for blankblank.

From front to back, the Corona colorway features reverse-colored layers in Light Orange, Golden Yellow, Light Yellow, Neon Yellow and White/Uncolored. The variety of photographs here shows the same colorway, Corona, in different conditions as noted by the color of the front plane, which becomes silhouetted against the rear planes in darker spaces (the darker the room, the darker the front plane appears). Expansion and Viscosity sconces are also available in the Corona colorway.
Up to 100W-equivalent standard medium base soft white bulb is recommended. Steel front plane, aluminum rear planes, spacers and canopy are all powdercoated in Satin White. Designed for hardwiring with a standard US junction box. Best when installed with a dimmer switch. Assembly required. Made in Northern California. E26/E27 bulb not included. UL listed dry-to-damp and CE compliant for EU & UK installation, socket rated to 250V.
The center of this symmetrical fixture is located over the center of the junction box (note: that is not true for Expansion or Viscosity sconces which are asymmetrical). The sconce's front plane is affixed with super strong magnets for ease of changing the bulb and cleaning.
