_employing traditional or small-batch production techniques utilizing durable, interchangeable, organic, recyclable, upcyclable, reclaimed or recycled products and raw materials and supporting our clients in the care, maintenance, repurchase or refurbishment of their purchases
_locating our manufacture in California utilizing trusted and reputable craftspeople; 95% of our manufacture is performed within 75 miles of our headquarters
_making sustainability the primary factor in all decisions, constantly looking to lessen our environmental footprint, and being industry-leaders in implementing a cradle-to-grave philosophy
_actively supporting our partnerships with our stakeholders (clients, designers, fabricators, representatives, showrooms and industry), valuing integrity at every turn
_using electric vehicles and solar-powered in-house assembly and fabrication
_giving back to our community and environment through volunteerism and support of other local and/or sustainability-minded businesses and non-profit organizations
_being a force for positive change
